I offer psychotherapy and creative therapy groups for clients in Croydon, Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purley, and the surrounding Surrey areas. I support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem in a calm, confidential, and compassionate space.
How does it feel to be you right now?
I am a psychotherapist in South Croydon and in training at the Philadelphia Association. I work in person and online and, whilst I work with all people, my practice mainly focuses on supporting women, particularly mothers. I take a holistic approach, encouraging my clients to think about a sustainable, embodied approach to their wellbeing.
Psychotherapy can support people in overcoming overwhelm or burnout, reducing anxiety and making life a more comfortable journey. Through compassionate conversation together we can explore what might be triggering repetitive patterns of behaviour or cycles which may feel unhelpful to you the ways in which discomfort manifests and the ways in which joy might feel elusive.
I welcome anyone who feels drawn to seeking a slower, more reflective space where we can come together and hold you in mind.
It’s about slowing things down enough for something to emerge. In my psychoanalytical practice, I am guided more by philosophy than technique. I’m interested not just in symptoms, but in meaning, in the stories we tell ourselves, the roles we learn to play, and the ways we adapt in order to survive and succeed.
At The Philadelphia Association community, thought, and conversation underpin the values we share. Whether in individual therapy or shared spaces, including online therapy options, I offer you a place to think, feel, and speak freely, often for the first time. Through therapy and group work, I create places where you can cultivate a safe and happy home inside yourself.
I offer in person therapy in Hampstead at The Philadelphia Association, and from my private practice I offer therapy in Sanderstead, supporting clients from across the London and Surrey area. I also work with clients nationally and internationally on zoom.
The space we work in is important to me and I have created a beautiful warm, welcoming room designed to put you at ease from the moment you enter. Parking is readily avaliable and my practice is easily avaliable by train (Purley Oaks and Sanderstead stations are a 10 minute walk) or bus.
